Cultural Textile Design

Fall 2021

My first assignment in my textile design class was to create 3 patterns with cultural inspirations. This was around Rosh Hashanah so I used fruits and food associated with Rosh Hashanah as my subject. These prints were designed with Jewish women's headscarfs or Tichel in mind and are texture mapped onto headscarves to show size. Each print is shown with two colorways.
